"1st time staying at this hotel. The only positive feedback to share is there is friendly staff. The check in process was awful. Rooms were not ready for hours after 4pm, many people trying to check in and rooms were not cleaned/ready on time. Very unorganized and a stressful way to start a vacation. Check in the room, not clean, dirty and not fully ready. Long hair in the bed, bathroom sink not cleaned, etc. Had to go back downstairs for toiletries. The room was old and dirty. Problems with the front door, sliding balcony door, mini fridge had a puddle of water in it, the toilet moved when you sat on it, etc. Very disappointing! Not a good vacation experience. "

"Ask for a low floor. When the elevator was working, it still felt like it was going to fail at any moment. If you're paranoid, find another hotel as most of the door locks appear drilled out, and my room had obviously been forced upon and not fully repaired. At least the front desk cheerfully supplied batteries for the remote when asked."

"We were charged 65.00 more then the online booking rate, the pool is super cold, and the breakfast is always the same and on the first day appeared undercooked, and our room was never serviced The staff however was very nice and it was a very clean hotel. "
