"Mold and mildew. Several 10* reviews are fake they all use the same phrases. This hotel had flood damage and has not been repaired properly. The bottom of door frame is cut off but mold remains it was gross. We have stayed at Several Wyndham properties this is way below standard. Pool and breakfast were fine but nothing can make up for condition of room. It's likely to make anyone with respiratory issues very sick."

"We booked this stay expecting a charming, Florida-style boutique experience, but unfortunately, the reality did not match the $287/night price point. While the property has potential, the room we received felt neglected and significantly outdated. The Room: Our experience was marred by maintenance and cleanliness issues. The furniture was eroded, and almost every metal fixture in the bathroom showed signs of rust. Most concerning was the cleanliness; we found dark hair on the shower tiles upon arrival (my family is all light-haired), which suggests the bathroom wasn't properly detailed. Several elements felt stuck in the past, like a "phone flasher" and a built-in tissue dispenser that was left empty. Furthermore, the hand soap and body wash dispensers were broken, and the "2-in-1" soap concept feels quite outdated for a hotel at this tier. The Highlights: On a positive note, the outdoor areas are the saving grace of the property. The lazy river is fantastic, and the kids loved the bean bags, sand area, and provided toys. The evening animated movie was a very "cute" and thoughtful touch for families. Verdict: If you are coming solely for the pool and outdoor atmosphere, you’ll enjoy it. However, until the rooms undergo a significant refresh and housekeeping standards are raised, it's hard to justify the current nightly rate."

"Unfortunately we were locked out our first night and had to sleep in the car. I never received an email that the check in code changed after entering and didnt have a new code to get in my door. Additionally i emailed the owner after booking to confirm it was okay to leave my car while I went in a 7 day cruise. The owner said it was not problem at all and told me the spot number to park in. Upon return from our cruise we had a sticker from law enforcement saying it was going to be towed. Unfortunately not the beet experience. Room itself was fairly clean, comfy bed and spacious. Excellent location. Poor communication tho"

"The room was clean. The hostess was accessible. The only way to use the tv was if you had a pre existing account with a provider such as Prime etc. We do not use these apps and couldn’t use the tv. The hostess, Janet, came over within 4 minutes of us calling her and gave us access to her account. We didn’t go on vacation strictly for tv, however we did use it during the rain. The room was sufficient for what we needed, for the time being, but I wouldn’t stay there again. The furniture was bare minimum. No place to set anything but on the floor. In the unit description it looked like the pool was right outside your door. It was not. This property is in with approximately 8 other properties located in the same spot. The (very small) pool is located at the managers home aways away and shared by all. We ended up not using the pool at all. The backyard was unkept. In order to access our unit we had to walk over uneven patio blocks. The driveway was milling (chunked up road tar) which made it hard to pull luggage over. Upon leaving in the check out instructions it said to return all used pool towels clean. I’ve never heard of having to wash your towels while on vacation. Originally booked a one room hotel for our trip. We switched to this property last minute because it was a small furnished apartment, by doing so we saved money. You get what you pay for. Next time I will spend the extra money for a 1 bedroom hotel with a pool. "
