"I booked because there is a fitness center listed in the hotel profile. Turns out there is not one at all. The room was rather dirty. The carpet has been worn completely down in many areas all over the hotel. The hallways smelled of old carpet. The breakfast was very lacking, honestly i didnt even attempt to eat at all, it was that unappealing. The eggs were dry, sausage was as expected in a hotel breakfast, and biscuits were dry as well. All the food was almost out and needed to be restocked after breakfast had only been served for 30 minutes. A while later when i checked, the same dry food was in the same place and had not been replenished at all. The juice machine was always empty with an out of order sign on it. I was there for 5 days and this was the case every day.
The microwave was coated in what appeared to be dried milk. The coffee maker was full of dust, The bedspread had holes in it. The sink had a small leak. Bathroom tiles were cracked and loose. Hot and cold water in the shower were piped in backwards.
Honestly, i think if this hotel had a complete refurbishment then it would be fine. It just appears that noone cares to make the effort to do so. I don't hold the staff accountable for this, Honestly it appears that they might not be rewarded for caring, so why care."
