"Almost everything in the apartment was old and worn out or broken. About 50% of the light fixtures/lamps are either broken, missing parts or missing bulbs. I had to go out and buy a frying pan to cook. There were only two tiny, cheap stained saucepans. There must be a pigeon infestation because pigeon noises kept me up both nights. "The hotel is well located on the Vah River. It is easy to walk to many restaurants and shops as well as along the river. The hotel common areas and rooms are in good condition, and the staff is very helpful. Parking can be an issue if you are there during a busy time.
