"The room was disgusting, Damp, and cold! There was rust on all of the furniture, it smelled horrible! Their bathroom was nasty and cramped! The cover had stains and were wet! Stray dogs running around, the microwave had rust in it and the fridge didn’t stay cold! They charge 20 for a pet and put you in the most disgusting room! The worst experience of my life! The manager will stay gone if he hears you want to discuss things with him and the pictures online are all fabricated! There isn’t one room on the property that loos like that! The rooms are small and nasty with stains in the carpet! The workout room was full of cleaning and painting supplies so you couldn’t use it and the pool isn’t open because it’s not up to code! Best advice don’t waste your money! I don’t know how they got a good review also the laundry area is a single washer and dryer under the stairs outside the main lobby!"
"The hotel was in very good shape clean and beds were comfortable. Only thing ice machine was not working breakfast was OK. For the price i would definitely recommend someone to stay here."
"I hate having to wight a bad review. This time I was so disappointed. Wanted 10 minutes at front desk along with Two other people. The lady was very nice. But said our room was on the third floor ask if she had anything on first floor. She checked and put up on first floor we had reservations for a Suite it was just regular room but that was ok. The room was out dated and the AC was noisy. The room had a smell that made me sick, the bath tub was stained and chipped, the toilet seat was messed up and those are the meager things. I was just so shocked. We will be staying in Waycross on our next trip. "
"It was very run down. They charged me a $50 cleaning fee for my service dog. No where on their website does it say about bringing paperwork showing he is a service dog which is actually not allowed. All the bedding was stained and didn't look clean. I actually went and bought sheets to put on the bed to sleep on because I wasn't sleeping on theirs. They need a major remodel! Oh and as soon as I walked in my room it REEKED of marijuana! I understand for the price I shouldn't ask for much but there are only two options for this town and I was just staying one night. The man in the office was ok. He wasn't rude or anything but not very friendly either. If I was in a major pinch I guess I would stay there again but I would be either be bringing a sleeping bag or bedding again."
