"We liked the way they retained the rustic appeal of the old building with modern upgrades. The washroom was really nice, especially the shower. The floor under the bed was on quite an angle so the bed and side tables were very slanted. We were willing to live with this because of the reasonable price and the location. As long as this hotel keeps their rates low we will keep coming back."

"My initial impression was ‘pretty basic’ but the room was absolutely fine with all the amenities you could need. Nice bedding, pillows, towels etc. Really good coffee and teas in the room. The location was perfect with easy walking to key places. Staff were helpful and friendly. Borrowed a bike from the hotel and had a super 3 hour cycle all around the sea path. The hotel suited my needs."

"We arrived a little early and went to the club room until our room was available. Nice snacks and drinks staff are lovely and very helpful. Booked the club level it is pricey but worth it. Our room was fantastic, heated bathroom floors great view bed was so comfortable. Every time we cruise out of Vancouver that’s our first pick. You won’t be disappointed!"
