"The room was okay, but carpets were dirty. Little to no amenities were available. Very noisy especially at night. No hot breakfast and very little "grab and go" breakfast provided. Bar was never open."
"The staff was courteous and the inside the building was very nice. Outside was a little dirty, but it was also a big parking lot tied in with restaurants"
"We checked in close to 1:30 am and although I messaged the property through the app, I did not get any acknowledgment so I had to chase down a human to talk to. Eventually got the confirmation I needed that it was ok to check in late (in property details notification it said check in after midnight was not allowed.) desk attendant was nice enough but not professional in appearance. Room was clean but the hallways and doorways were pretty beat up. Decor was dated and showed lots of wear and tear. Bed was ok, but pillows were tiny (the size of couch throw cushions) on a king size bed I thought was strange. Definitely not what I expected from a Hyatt property. Breakfast looked to be as expected. there was an omelette station but no staff person standing there so we weren’t sure if we were supposed to go back and cook it ourselves or what the situation was so we skipped breakfast altogether. We were there for such a short time none of this really matters but I question the rave reviews on here because I didn’t experience the same."
Sleep Inn & Suites Conference Center and Water Park
6/10 Okay
"We were not informed when booking that the water slides and pool were closed. One of the main reasons for booking there. We stayed for 4 days and housekeeping never came once to our room! Not once! Unexceptionable!!! The room was clean when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. But service was lousy. I can see not cleaning stay over guests every day but not one time in 4 days?! We had to go get our own towels and empty our own garbage."

If you're concerned about a clean environment, holiday rentals can provide a sense of seclusion away from public hotel lifts and lobbies bustling with people while still allowing you a great travel experience. You'll also get more space in a holiday rental than in a traditional hotel, which is another reason why a holiday rental is a great choice for family trips or small group gatherings.
