"On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised. Eg no black out curtains (light was on outside all night and curtains were almost clear in colour), safe did not work, single sheets on double beds, no towels. Luxury Hotel Riva - Budva

10/10 Excellent

"Great location on the seafront. The hotel entrance is a bit hidden between the Burger King and the Riva bar. At the bar they gave the code to open the door. There was nobody at recyso I did the check in with the cleaning lady. The room was huge with a balcony. Bed was very comfy and so was the sofa."

"The interior decor was great. Also, cleanliness and serenity of the place was also nice and the staff were incredible, especially the lady that served us in the restaurant on our first night, I didn’t get the name but she really stood out despite the language barrier, she genuinely wanted us to be satisfied. And the receptionist on duty on Saturday that helped us get French fries with our buffet on request. We had a great time in the hotel generally. Thank you "

Two large slices of Prosciutto and Cheese … Two large, warm Croissants with honey and preserves … a basket of assorted bread … butter.
