"The stay was amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The only downside was how diabolical the hotel was at replying to messages or phone calls about the transfer from the airport that they offer. It took 3 weeks for them to reply and when they replied, I replied within a few hours to book the transfer and still no message or phone call to this day.
Rooms are clean and tidy.
Amazing view from the top floor of the platinum building with sea view."
