"It was in a good location. The communication was perfect. "

"The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers."

"Property was clean, good location, near the cruise ports, restraunts, coffee shops. It was difficult for us to get into the building initially as we arrived later. But we got in touch with contact number and spoke with someone who arranged entry to building front door."

"It did not satisfy us at all. We left after 4 hours and did not stay the night as we didn’t feel comfortable to. it was a very tiny place compared to the pictures. The toilet seat was yellow, and there was no evidence of the place being cleaned. It was very dusty and the oven had a dirty pan in there. It looked like food had been cooked on it and not washed. "Didn't get to stay at the property. Communication was terrible. I tried texting and ringing the owner 6 days onwards to find out arrival instructions but no response . I contacted travel nest 3 times ,with the promises of details to follow but owner still didnt . Only after further messages from myself on the day did i get a message back to say there had been a leak in the property but that was a lie as the owner wasnt sure what property he was talking about ! I wont be using or recommending...

"The property manager was not reasonable in our request for a compensation settlement being that the flat had no heating one evening. She said that I should have called her to which I responded that I hadn’t that evening due to the lateness and opted to report it in the morning. She was not accommodating but curt. I further want all to know that even though the place is supposed to be smoke free it really isn’t as a person can smoke in an outdoor door space outside the bedroom. All smoke odors...

"We stayed here for one night before our cruise. The property itself was nice, and the bedding was comfortable, but the room felt a bit outdated, especially for the $250 nightly rate. The tub/shower setup was odd—with the shower head fixed to the wall—and the separate shower was clogged, causing water to back up. The sink drain had the same issue. The carpet was coming up from the wall, which added to the overall worn feel of the room. On a positive note, the restaurant looked great, and the bar inside the solarium was a nice touch. Overall, it was just okay for a one-night stay, but I expected a bit more for the price. "

"Nice hotel with good AC conveniently located around a lot of shops and breakfast places. The parking lot was closed for construction, so we had to pay for parking but rates were reasonable. There was an under-bed motion activated light that drove us crazy at night so if that could be turned off, it would be amazing!"
