"Very friendly staff when we arrived. The hotel is conveniently located if you're driving to Bled or the surrounding area as it's close enough to the main road but quiet enough you don't hear the traffic. Radovljica is close by and is well worth a visit as it's a beautiful town with great restaurant options. The hotel is a little bit dated inside, but it was a great price and good location so I'd recommend if you need somewhere to spend a night a two."

The hotel is modern, stylish and spotlessly clean, with excellent facilities and a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The location is also excellent, with Lake Bled, restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable, and the hotel was a perfect base for visiting Bled. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend Rikli Balance Hotel. 10/10 – an excellent stay!"

"We had awful trouble parking our car despite self parking being offered. The hotel frontage is in a street blocked by bollards. The restaurant is run separately from the hotel so breakfast must be ordered and paid for the day before. Evening meals were also paid at the time. Cannot charge to the room. This is a quirky place - very quaint but small and oldish rooms. We didn't like it at first but after 3 nights we had changed our opinion. Food in restaurant was excellent."

"There was a hared shower with other rooms that didn’t have a lock on the door. Laundry should not be listed as an amenity. It should be listed as off site. We expected to be able to use in unit laundry when we booked, that was something we needed. The AC was nice to have. The room was not as sound proof as we thought. We shared a wall with the kitchen and it was very noisy around 5:00-8:00am Overall it was a good stay. The pictures were a bit deceiving when we realized the bathroom was detached from the room. No issues overall."
