"The room was clean and spacious enough, but the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot. We called the front desk but waited too long for someone to come up and had to get the kids to bed, so canceled the call. The pools were fun for the kids but very crowded. Great location."

"This is a beautiful property with a with a long history that’s worth looking into. The staff was fantastic. The rooms were beautiful however buyer beware during the time that we were there they had no air-conditioning and it was extremely uncomfortable and hot overnight. During the early evening, the town lost power had which caused alarms in town to go off all night long, which made it impossible to keep the windows open. I called the front desk and they told me that in April they don’t turn the AC on other than that. The food was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was excellent."

"Amazing hotel! There is still some work undergoing at the hotel and not all areas were opened. It has the best reception and amazing hospitality. The issues we had with the booking via Expedia were promptly resolved by the concierge manager Jasmina. The spa was out of this world with several different saunas. Highly recommended. The room was well equipped but I think the decor inside of it does not match the beautiful decor in the lobby. We opted for a half board option. The breakfast options were plentiful. Great juice bar. Dinner options were slightly more limited but that could be down to my personal preferences. The only downside I found was the parking. Plenty of parking spaces but they there but they were about 5 - 10 min walk away, partially on a gravel road. The hotel golf buggies were there but nobody bothered to offer a lift to the car park. We did a lot of walking whilst there and were tired at the end of the day. Plus I had to be careful not to ruin my shoes. It was a minor inconvenience but still something to consider. I would throughly recommend the hotel and I am already looking to book it again."

"The staff was awesome but it cannot overcome my disappointment with the condition of the property. It is not well maintained…some bathroom parts are worn down. The lock was not working, the paint was peeling, etc. since the A/C is off at this time of the year, it’s quite stuffy . So, we have to open the windows. But because its location is right on a busy street, it is very noisy! But I really must commend the STAFF! They saved the day for us. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place."
