"The Villa was just as described, clean and with a lovely little balcony with stunning views over Sveti, just as in the pictures. The balcony was in shade for most of the day which for us was great as the weather was sunny and very hot for the time of year! The walk down and back to/from the beach using the steps is steep so not for all but you can take a more leisurely walk up the winding road for an easier walk. "Great location in the old town! Very close to one of the gates. A short 5 mins walk to the free parking place. Also close to the passage way going up to the fortress. Have good restaurant and ice cream shop in 2 mins nearby. The owner of the place is very nice and polite. Fast response to messages and calls. Also shared a lot of histories and travel tips of Kotor. "Exceptional customer service. This is the best 5 star hotel I’ve stayed. The staff make you feel at home. The food is delicious. The chef even spoke with me and gave me his recipe. The hotel amenities are superior. Hotel is clean. Totally impressive. I love the red carpet( yes, they will give you the red carpet treatment). Highly recommend. Just be cautious because the single road in Perast is shared with cars. I would come back here in a heartbeat. "
