Although it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the big hotels, the management offers great service and flexibility and excellent English speaking skills. "The owner was very arrogant, there was a spider’s nest in the room, we left there covered in bites, internet didn’t work for a second in nine days, the location is on the top of a hill, unpaved full of potholes and very dusty, very far from the beach…

"Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - it’s amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. We had some issues with our room but I think was due to the recent refurb and some issues not resolved in construction. The hotel changed us to a different room and all was sorted. Staff speak a bit of English but I would say it did cause some communication issues occasional as they are not all fluent.
The pool is beautiful but gets shade from 4pm onwards - so it’s a bit chill in June. "
