Everything was wonderful until the end when the housekeeping staff were quite surly and unsmiling. Their unfriendliness saddened me as the front desk and restaurant staff were cheerful and very helpful. I think it’s important for you to know this as it affected my stay.

We stayed two nights at the Beach Hotel in Swakopmund. The staff was very helpful in sending us up a cot since the room only had one bed, and even the cot was comfortable to sleep on. The room has a TV with tons of channels, including local and international ones. The bathroom was well stocked and the shower was excellent. The location is great, a short walk to the beach for sunset and into downtown for supper and drinks. They provide a secure location for parking, and the area itself feels quite safe, even at night. Breakfast was included in our reservation and was above expectations, especially the omelette. We also had dinner one night at their in-house restaurant, which was reasonably priced and of good quality. We didn't make much use of the rooftop pool or balcony since it was quite cool and windy when we were there.

We had a great room with a view of the ocean. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean and there is parking for the guests at no cost. The food and drinks at the restaurant were excellent. We highly recommend it; we will definitely come back. The location is also in the middle of town very close to the pier.

The hotel and rooms were clean. The staff are friendly. The restaurant is good. Our bathroom was big. All in all we had a good time. The only things to note were a non-functioning elevator (they offer help with luggage) and the lack of closet space in the rooms. You need to keep everything in your suit case.

Had a great stay here! The room views were incredible— it can get quite windy next to the beach but the views definitely make up for it! Parking was easy and staff was very helpful! The food was so delicious at the restaurant which I cannot recommend enough!

Great location, directly across the street from the beach. You could easily walk to the various restaurants in town. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The views from the room were amazing. I wish I could have stayed longer, honestly.

We really enjoyed our beachfront apartment at Beach Hotel overlooking the water. It is not right on the beach but it had a nice view for the sunset. Extremely large and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and waitstaff in restaurant were nice and efficient. Breakfast Food which was included was very good overall. For the price, an excellent choice.
