"Clean room and friendly, helpful staff. Pillows too big, mattress uncomfortable and bright lights shining in the gaps down the side of blinds. Hardly slept."

"Lovely building in quiet location. Room was clean and comfortable. The garden games were fun. Although there isn't a bar, as such, a good selection of drinks are kept in 'Mother Superior's' office and available via calling reception. There is no restaurant on site but there are restaurants nearby. Overall a pleasant stay. 5 stars would be achieved by offering breakfast even a continental type."
