"Everything was good but the shower water temperature was too cold. My husband mentioned it as well before I said anything to him. Bed was comfortable and place was clean. The staff was friendly but the shower temp was an issue "

"We weren't very happy with this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights They put us next to the back entrance and the door slammed all night. The bed was uncomfortable and so were the pillows. The coffee maker did not have the tray needed to use the pods provided, so no cover. The TV would only stay on about an hour then go blank. We called the front desk just to find out that the manager was aware there was a problem. WHY WOULD YOU RENT OUT A ROOM THAT YOU KNEW THERE WAS GOING TO NE AN ISSUE? HE SAID THE MANAGER WOULD BE IN AT 730AM. we called at 730AM and she came down and unplugged the cable box and it came back on. It happened twice more that day. My husband went to the front desk to complain again. We requested to change rooms. They did move us. The same thing happened with that tv. And there was no tray In that coffee maker. He took it up to the front desk and they said "oh yeah, people accidentally throw those away😐 My son and daughter-in-law stayed in another room with the same issues. The Cable boxes get hot in the cabinet under the TV and they stop working. We WON'T BE RECOMMENDING OR STAYING AT THIS HOTEL EVER AHAIN "

"It was fine but I expected mire. The lobby was stark and not welcoming. The staff member at check in very nice but had to inform me I was booked into the wrong room (king pet room) and took awhile to rebook me in a double queen non-pet room. Then internet was spotty and TV glitched so fortunately I brought a nice book. Elevator was not clean and tended to smell like whoever just left it. I took stairs. Did not stay for breakfast. Up your game to compete with your neighbors Comfort Suites."

"The room was very nice and the breakfast was great’. The front door would stick & you couldn’t get into the motel. The elevator was out of order when we woke up in the morning. We were one the second floor & my husband is still recovering from hip surgery"
