Stayed here a few times now and it's always been a pleasant stay. Comfortable room and very clean bathroom. The hotel is right in the town centre so is close to everything. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, there is also a very good breakfast.

Check-in and check-out were incredibly quick and hassle-free, which made the whole experience smooth from the start. The room had everything I needed, and the bath and shower were both perfect - clean, modern, and really relaxing. I also had a lovely view over Swansea, which was a nice bonus. All in all, a great stay, and I’d be more than happy to come back again. Highly recommended!

Staff were great, inside the property could do with a freshen up, painting , carpets, but overall good, I’d stay again.only one lift working and that broke down , bit of of pain being on 7th floor, but complimentary breakfast for hassle made up for it. Breakfast very good and hot . I’d stay again

I like that I can get a room on a higher floor and have a view of the sea. The room is very clean. I appreciate that the staff call me a taxi as I have to leave very late at night to take a bus to the airport. I live in Canada, and I stay at the Dragon every time I come home on holidays and when I leave. I trust that everything will be ok when I stop off there on my journey and it always is.

The hotel is close to both the town centre and the railway station It is very dated and in desperate need of renovation. Only one of the two tiny lifts was working, the lifts are really only suitable for 2 people. The bedroom had peeling wall paper and paint, the carpet and curtains were stained, The mattress was worn out and lumpy, the shower curtain rail was rusty. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again before it had a total makeover.

Beds clean and comfortable, bathroom facilities clean, main light not working in room, carpets ruffled and holes ,chair in room arms filthy , communal areas lovely and clean , staff very polite and helpful 🙂 the young lad that was serving us in the bar who was from Hungary, can't remember his name but gave us excellent service , nothing was too much for him , always polite and very helpful 10/10 😊
