"Everything was clean the room and the property. 99 percent of staff was fantastic. The luau was incredible. The only issue was the last night when I went to the front desk . I was Aki g about a late checkout and the lady employee(I wish I would have looked at her name but I’m not a Karen) talked down to me due to the fact I already had a late checkout given to me that I didnot know about but said I shouldn’t have gotten it due To I booked through a third party. It’s one thing telling someone that but it’s the way she said. I choose to stay in your hotels all year long for half of my week. I could choose elsewhere but I don’t because I love Hilton . But someone shouldn’t be talked to like I’m inferior cause I booked through a third party..Hell I say at the Hampton Inn basically as much as I stay at my home."

A special mahalo to Suki, who helped me when I was in a small kine jam, and made sure I had a safe and clean place to stay while attending the Native Hawaiian Annual Convention.
