Fantastic amenities, a lovely twin room with a beautiful bathroom, there was even a Lymington wide power cut at breakfast time and the staff were excellent, doing all they could to keep things running as smoothly as possible and get us all fed. "Watch if you get the right hotel. Even that it was still the same company they wouldn’t move us to the right Leonardo’s in Southampton. Wouldn’t fix our reservations. Or reimburse our money. We love their facilities. But after this experience we will not be back. Won’t ever stay with them again."
