"I recently stayed here with my mom and wanted to share our experience.First and foremost, the staff deserves 100 stars. Every single team member went above and beyond to assist us with incredible kindness and top-tier customer service. They truly made our stay special.Because this is a beautiful historical building, the property has some physical layout limitations. The hotel clearly did their best to accommodate guests by installing a ramp and a lift, which we appreciated. However, getting around in a wheelchair was still a big challenge. The doors throughout the property are heavy and require manual operation, making it very difficult to navigate independently.We are incredibly grateful to the wonderful staff for their outstanding help, but travelers using wheelchairs should be prepared for some accessibility hurdles due to the historic nature of the building."
