"Toilet seat has previous visitors urine stains, I cleaned it my self upon arrival.
Hair was everywhere from the previous visit, floors, tub, sink, in the bed and towels.
Floor was extremely dirty, walked on it with gray socks for less than five minutes and were black with grim, had to throw socks away.
Staff were nice, but seeing that I had come from way out of town for my graduation, I couldn’t just leave the hotel for another option. "

"I wish I could rate it zero stars, the room is very poorly maintained, bathroom has black mold all over the bathtub walls, a black hole on the bathtub where the soap dish used to be, a hole in the bathroom ceiling that was covered by cardboard and tape, and a hole on the bathroom door. We did not get the room until almost 6 pm, as it was not ready, they also charged triple the normal rate during the Liberty University graduation week but did not have enough staff to cover room services/maintenance. Breakfast was not available as promised. I took photos to prove every single one of these claims. Place is filled with questionable characters roaming the property. Do not book this hotel, for any reason."

"Everyone working the front desk was consistently rude, the manager especially. She would not even have a full conversation with us. We booked the room for 4 people and only got 3 towels. When we asked for enough towels for everyone we were told, “maybe if we have any.” The room smelled like mold and were barely clean. The plugs in the bathroom didn’t work so we had to get ready in the lobby bathroom. Would not stay here again."

"The rooms were clean, and the property itself was in a perfect location. Overall, we had a good stay. The cleaning staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk was not as pleasant, the woman checking us in seemed bothered by our arrival, which made for an unwelcoming first impression.
The hallways could have used a bit more attention, especially with vacuuming. The breakfast was also disappointing. We ended up going elsewhere to eat, and even the “fresh” fruit didn’t look very appetizing.
That said, despite a few drawbacks, I would still stay here again because of the great location and overall experience."

"The staff were very polite and helpful. The property is in dire need of renovation. The bathroom tile is cracked, the tub doesn’t drain well, the shower temperature control is loose and very finicky, towels were small and cheap. The bed was ok, but pillows were old and lumpy, the sheet was so thin it was almost see-through, and I didn’t feel comfortable that the duvet was clean.
The tv is fairly small given the size of the room and all of the bulbs were very dim. The AC and refrigerator were very loud.
We stayed to attend graduation at Liberty University, so payed over $350 per night for a mediocre room."
