"The keeper at property will ask for extra money for non sense things! The reservation changed in last minute while driving there so I had to take whatever option available! The deal I paid for includes heated pool but on arrival i paid 35$ just for the heated pool cash! Pool remained cold! The owner so nice and available but the keeper was annoying! "

"First off when we arrived around 11:20 am The place wasn’t ready for checking in , we had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes… After we checked in come to find out that the pool was not clean , hadn’t been used or cleaned in a while , green mold that clearly and visibly on the pool floor , kitchen had no coffee and tea pot to use , very basic kitchen supplies provided, in the bathrooms there was only 3 towels , no cleaning supplies to clean with , bed sheets and blankets were all dust and sand ,...

"Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out."

"Decent hotel not too far from AMM airport. Hotel front door downstairs is not easy to find when you first arrive so it is on the right side of building. I parked in a dirt parking lot down the right side of hotel. No elevator so be prepared to take your luggage up a couple flights of stairs. We rented a family room with a balcony but door was locked with a key they couldn’t find so we couldn’t use balcony. Loud prayer speaker outside windows. "the property was clean, and all amenities you may need are there, the pool was clean but expected to be bigger but that wasn't a problem, one-note though, the guy who welcomed us closed part of the villa for no reason, my guess he was trying to reduce the areas to clean after we leave if my wife did not notice we would not enjoy the whole place, but anyways overall was a good stay."

"Rooms were clean and spacious, apartment features were perfect for our 2-week stay. Our host, Khalid, was incredibly helpful and the staff on-site were friendly and courteous. Kids loved the playground and we appreciated the ease of access to the main road and easy in/out for taxis and cars."

"The PORTO & ALMIRA BEACH property is beautiful, well kept and very modern! The staff is kind and welcoming! The beach and pool staff specifically the restaurant staff are marvelous! They treated us well and were very attentive to our needs! Andrew Tadros served us and was extremely attentive and a great host and server! He is one of the only people that speak English and should definitely be promoted to manager soon! The staff was amazing overall but Andrew stood out the most ! The pool is beautiful and so is the beach area! The omelette is very tasty and so is the pizza!!! Would 10000% return! "
