In most respects all amenities and staff exceeded expectations however I was there during a heatwave and the small fan did nothing to alleviate the heat the room, so I think a 9/10 is a fair assessment. I will definitely stay there again when in Swindon

You arrive at what is obviously a very clean and tidy property to the welcome of the very friendly and helpful staff. The room vas very spacious, clean with a good selection of tv channels. The evening meal menu has a good number of varied choices and my meal was faultless. The breakfast was not extraordinary but perfectly adequate and for the cost of the room very good value throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here and I do not normally do so. The next time I need accommodation in the area I know my first choice!

Room was spacious with a lovely big comfy bed. No ac but they provided a fan but room 10 was pretty cool as it was shaded. Breakfast had to be pre order but was nice. Good choice. Bathroom was clean with a large shower. Enjoyable stay

Room was clean and in good condition, no paint or furniture damage. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was OK but the bacon was overcooked, cold and had been sitting around, uneatable. Everything else was fine.
