"The hotel is in a great location to walk along the river and up to the castle. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the area and an amazing cocktail bar across the street called Atelier. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. "

"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "Staff was very helpful. Room was great and very comfortable. Bathroom was state of the art (except our towel warmer didn’t work). Plus the bathroom had a USB socket, EU socket and Swiss socket. The free breakfast was great. You also get a voucher for a free beer/wine/NA drink per person. The paddle boards were GREAT to use. The free transport card was great to have (~40 mins to Interlaken and ~20 mins to Thun via bus 21). Also the library/lounge are for guests was nice and the kitchen (with fridge space and free coffee, tea and apples) was great. HIGHLY recommend. Our only regret was not staying longer. "
