"The staff were welcoming and helpful and the room was clean. It was great to have kitchen facilities. Although we were outside the centre of Bern, the public transport was excellent so we were in the centre in no time. It was quite an unusual hotel in some ways but it was a fantastic base to explore beautiful Bern."

The checkin process was automatic at a machine at front desk and even tho two live people were in attendance you still had to do the very finicky process on the machine at front and wait for the machine to send the info to the two live people st the front desk!
