"This was an outstanding property with the staff, especially Seun, making it wonderful and memorable! He was on the ball, reassuring, extremely helpful with my handicapped husband, and totally calming after a very rough day! If he is typical of the staff I know the place will always be great, but he truly made it for me. He will go far! Hopefully Clayton will keep promoting him up the ranks! In our entire miserable trip, his attitude and help, ended our trip successfully! Cannot give Seun enough kudos! Apparently at one point a room service order. Late that evening did not go through, and we slept hungry. Somehow, but I guess these things happen. Our experience with Seun wiped any negatives away. What a prize you have in him! He even came out from the reception desk, went to car with me to get said husband and bags AND take them to the room and ensure all was excellent. Another gentleman also helped bring in out things and was kind. I regret I did not ask his name."

"The noise was ridiculous throughout the night. Loud bangs from what sounded like bin being filled with glass both out in the alleyway and in the corridor. Booked a superior room and found out I was stuck in an annex in a 'Premier Inn' part of the building. The restaurant 'Toddy's' was disgusting. Ordered the lamb and it was inedible due the fat and gristle. Breakfast was really good however in the gallery. The say Breakfast is the same in both sections but I spotted a few extra fruits the next morning in the Gallery part than in "

"Great hotel, but the staff are exceptional. Every interaction with them was excellent and I hope that they are valued as much as they should be. Have stayed twice and that’s the overriding impression when I leave. "

"Overall this was a nice place to stay. We arrived at 10 am and our room was available for early check in which was nice to shower after our red eye. However the tub was super slippery and my husband fell trying to get out. They apologized and got us ice and a rubber mat but he's bruised and in pain for the rest of the trip. Otherwise, they left us dessert for my birthday and the location was walking distance to so many things. It was a little difficult to get taxi pickup. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet but warm-AC didn't work at what it was set to. "
