"We stay here all the time, but were surprised when checking in the bookin desk said 'have you stayed with us before' .. and no reaction to our answer .. very unusual for a 5* hotel. The room was nice, but outdated toilet with no slow closing lid .. and no cable stations on TV .. we searched for ever ..."
