"Convenient location. 100% walkable. Overall, the staff is nice. Front desk was ok depending on who you were talking to. They did not advise me that the city was on a boil water advisory due to a water main break, nor did they tell me that they were giving away bottled water. That was a little frustrating. The building is old and it shows, but it was maintained as well as one could expect. We were comfortable for the most part. The restaurant was woefully understaffed which made breakfast a very long process. Overall, the experience was fine. I would stay there again if I had no other option."

"Property is in a great location. The overall is what you expect for a classic New Orleans Orleans Hotel not completely pristine, but still old world charm. They should have notified prior to reservations that they were shutting down all amenities, pool workout facilities, etc., due to renovation, but obviously they want to capture the income so they don’t let you know until you get there.
