"Housekeeping did not come at all. After the 4th night i went to check out and they did not have record of us at all... our last name wasnt in the computer. Um okay we just stayed 4 nights. They had a record of the different name staying in a completely different room... not us. She said they had no idea that our room had anyone in it yet we had the keys and my husband filled out the paperwork upon check in. She apologized and said her manager would call me the next day. I do have a charge on my bank card and i called to let them know this. She said she apologizes and her manager will call. Its day 7 and i have received no call...."

"We love this place! It's our annual get-away location for our grandchild's midwinter or spring break. The pool and hot tub are great! The beds are comfy and the beach view can't be beat! It's also very clean and in great condition. The breakfasts have a wonderful hot and cold selection."
