"The facility was great. Clean and comforting. Felt safe there. The staff could use some training. No eye contact when entering lobby. No excitement about their job. No customer service skills. All in all it was a good stay."

"The check in process took forever. The lady at the front was friendly but new and had no idea what she was doing. While standing there and she was calling for help i watched german roaches climb on the desk through her folder holder. Once we got to our room it was ok. Cleanish...shower was gross. Ashtray out on back porch was full of used cigarettes and the seats were very worn in. Will not stay here again. "

"Room was immaculate, the hot tub was clean and hot enough. Host constantly text to make sure everything was okay and our stay was good. Overall this was a birthday get away for my wife and was most enjoyable for the both of us. We will be returning there for another getaway. "
