"The hotel lobby and elevator had mud tracked throughout them, which made a poor first impression. We booked a room through Expedia that was advertised as having one queen bed and a pull-out sofa to accommodate four people. However, the only blankets, pillows, and sheets provided were for the queen bed, so there was nothing available for the pull-out sofa.
The Expedia listing also advertised both a pool and a hot tub, but there was no hot tub available during our stay. The breakfast offerings were also very limited and disappointing.
While the pool itself was great and the kids enjoyed it, the overall experience was not good. Between the cleanliness issues, missing amenities, lack of bedding, and unhelpful staff, the stay did not meet our expectations."
