"The couches has stains on it. The online post stated hot tube and they offer a crib for babies. They did not have either. false advertisement. I called two weeks to book and ask was the pool open the staff member said yes and the pool was not open and someone else told me it was closed for a month. Horrible stay."
"The property was very clean and so was our room. We were able to park near our room and definitely felt safe. The breakfast menu was limited but fresh.
They need to make their room descriptions very clear on the hotels.com website. I paid a little higher amount for an executive room but stayed in a room that was considered a standard room by the previous and original owners. When I told the front desk team member that I paid for an upgrade he was not very accommodating. However, the room was freshly remodeled and very clean. I really value cleanliness in hotels so we did not change hotels."
"Room was clean
No complaints there
We left around 4 am so it was understandable that employees were tired but one woman was sleeping behind the counter and another was leaned back in lobby chair half asleep. No goodbyes, no thank you , no greetings, just snoring. Not a great look. Nighttime guy that checked us in was very gregarious. "
"Very nice hotel. Overall very clean. Nice clean smell. Safe area. Breakfast was good with the usual selections. Waffles always a favorite. Breakfast staff were super friendly and kept up with everything. They had a 100%health inspection rating, always good to see. Definitely would stay again."
"The room was clean and welcoming - a wonderful respite after a long day's drive. The staff were friendly and helpful...made us feel right at home. A BIG "thumb's up" for their oatmeal options at the breakfast bar!"
"1st Night AC did not work , no phone in room. Switched rooms which took way longer than it should. Then at 6am staff was banging on my door demanding to come in. I have two large dogs told them that would not be wise and then i hear let them sleep, too late for that. Breakfast was cereal and toast. never again"
"It was a decent place to stay but the breakfast was gross. Grits not cooked & coffee tasted terrible. Would have liked better accommodations for $171 per night. The good thing is property is close to a lot of restaurants and stores etc"
