"We had no details where to find the property and had to ask in the neighbourhood. Despite advising the owner beforehand exactly when we would arrive nobody was around to let us in. Eventually through speaking to neighbours someone arrived to let us in but said 'we did not know you were coming'!! How could that be? "Undoubtedly, the location is the wow factor. Only 6 room, they all have a balcony that looks out onto the beautiful waterfront of Symi. Easy access to all the shops and restaurants in the main town. It’s a bit of a cross between a hotel and an Air BnB. Someone comes to leg you in but there is no reception desk and no one at hand. If you want to leave luggage on the last day, you put it in a closet in the common hallway. It had a few wonderful peaceful nights here, and then unfortunately noisy guests next door talking loudly on their balcony was a little off-putting. Other than that, it was amazing."

"The room was lovely comfy bed good air conditioning the location is perfect very close to the shops and restaurants The rooftop terrace was so nice too with comfy seats and hot tub which took a while to warm up but was very enjoyable The check in process was not so good, you need to go to a little office called Symi Holidays, this information is contained in an attachment you need to open as part of a message from the property The listing states 1200 check out but at 1030am the house keeper told us we needed to leave at 11am as someone was waiting to check in! Not very helpful"

"My husband and myself had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout our stay. A special thank you to Eleni(Guest Relations Manager)and the team for organising a surprise birthday celebration for my husband. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the occasion unforgettable. The food was also lovely, with great quality and excellent service.The cook is always there to listen to your views. You can also book a day trip/ excursion at the hotel with Tuxedo blue. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and a warm, welcoming atmosphere."
