"The staff were very friendly and accommosating. We also received a great room upgrade that was honoured by the hotel. The room was extremely comfortable and the shower and washroom were great. I would absolutely return to this property. Great location just 5 minutes from the Frankfurt Airport. "

"Staff was nice and helpful. Parking garage onsite was good. Hotel was clean and fairly modern and well kept. The bed and pillow were nice. The extra bed for our two teenage kids was horrible though - very uneven and lumpy with the bars sticking through . I was actually quite worried about my kids back health. This bad of a sofa bed should be against the local health laws. If not for this sofa bed , I would rate this place a 5 but with the sofa bed I rate it a three as it seems dishonest and deceitful to call this a room for 4 . This was the worst sofa bed we have ever seen and used. The cafeteria and food was actually amazing. Highly recommend the restaurant there although we didn’t like the taste nor super small size of the apple struedel dessert- that dessert was a rip off and blah. Tomato soup, hamburger and chicken burger were amazing as were the braised vegetables. Hotel was otherwise clean quiet and comfy."

"The one bedroom with fold out sofa room we stayed in had great facilities. It had a mini kitchen including fridge, microwave with convection function and there was a guest laundry too. You need to bring your phone to the laundry though as it's reserved and paid with an app. A warning about the 90 min parking in front of the building, if you are unfamiliar with parking in Germany there is a thing called a parking wheel that you need to display on your dash. Use Google translate for any parking signs and inform yourself in regards to using the parking wheel. I think the people there just assume you know. From my experience asking the staff at the front desk about the parking won't prompt them to mention it. Paying the fine is a real pain to do from an Australian bank account."

"Room was clean and comfy. Front desk named Janina was very helpful. The servers at the Eatery named Zoey and especially Daniela were both very cheerful and engaging. Overall, the hotel was perfectly located inside the airport. Hassle free in catching an early flight."
