Almost got run over by staff. Debit card kept getting declined cause they were keying wrong numbers and I had to contact my bank. Key card had to be reprogrammed every time I left and came back. I was charged over 300,00 per night times 2 nights. Not a happy camper.☹️

Terrible waste of money. Don’t stay here
Well the door to our room 128 was filled w screws holding it together and a huge tear down the middle like it was kicked in and next fixed. The bathroom had holes all thru the walls. The ceiling in bathroom the pain was chipping by and was all over the floor. I used a reward night for that. @163.00 and I am so disappointed as was my wife. I should be refunded for that horrible stay. The food they served for breakfast was cold and horrible. Asked for some fresh stuff and never brought It out.

I didn't like all the bugs in my room. I woke to a bunch of ants on the night stand table. I was totally disgusted and grossed out. I was over charged at $249 per night we were taken advantage of for such a low grade hotel. The food was disgusting and options were limited. You all should be ashamed for charging people that much for a poor quality hotel. Like use the money to get an exterminator. Ants and spiders galore!!! Absolutely disappointed.

Our copied response from your same google review -Thank you for your feedback Elizabeth. We didnt find bugs and spiders in your room but certainly understand the price was perhaps an issue. It was a special event weekend at Syracuse University when you booked through a third party site. Feel free to try any Choice hotel in the area on an off season for better rates

COULD BE A LITTLE BETTER FOR THE PRICE
People at the front desk were very pleasant and they actually upgraded our room. Unfortunately, the sheer on the window had a long tear in it, was dirty and the sheets had a 3 corner tear and were quite thin. Both items could probably use replacement. The bathroom including linens were clean and the room was tidy.

The area around the hotel was a little off putting, nothing around and right next to the freeway so all you heard was cars and trucks all night. This place is literally in the middle of both sides of the freeway and middle of no where pretty much. With camping world right next to it, it makes it a little better but still off putting. Seems pretty safe other wise though.

When we got to our room at 11:00 pm it had not even been cleaned. We had paid for a king but had to settle for double Queen because they did not have any king beds left. The TV did not work either.

Room 318 was clean. Bathroom was tight but ok. Key cards were a bit finicky but did work. AC smelled musty and didn't remove the humidity very well. Overall decent, not horrible.

Not a place I’d stay again. It smelled musky, wet. Wall paper pealing and mold all over. I didn’t take my shoes off so you didn’t have to touch the floor(that bad). More like a old run down motel. Not worth the money. Location was not nice either. Some very questionable people walking around in and outside(sketchies). Lady at desk was nice. The smell was the worst part.

The staff was very helpful and the facility was clean, but there was a moldy smell in our room. And there were ants on the tv stand. We had to go home at 11:30 that night.

The one elevator was not in operation and we were directed to use the back door and the back elevator but then our room cards wouldn’t open the door. So we had to get our room keys reprogrammed. The room had a bit of a odor. The air did work well. There was hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived. They did provide extra instructions for how to travel to the fair we came to see. We met a staff member in the stairwell as she was on her personal phone on speaker phone having someone yell not appropriate language.

Good value for the price and within a 10 minute drive to the Amphitheater for a concert, which was the purpose of our stay. There's nothing to eat within walking distance so the closest one, Arby's, is a 12 minute drive. No issues during our stay, and no surprises. Would stay there again if we go to another concert.
