Room was ver clean. Very small when you need room for your suitcases. . Bathroom was also quite small. Breakfast was very basic but staff were cheery. There are some shops nearby for supplies.

Everything is great except the checking in is a bit confusing. Stuff is helpful; however, I suppose to be charged tax for 3 EUR according to Expedia, But I was requested by the staff for 6 EUR at the site.

Stanza piccolissima, colazione scarsa , struttura alquanto fatiscente, nella stanza c'era il condizionatore legato con il nastro isolante e ina pozza d'acqua in terra e la porta gonfia d'umidita', la vista e' sui cassonetti .Lo chiamano hotel ma un b&b e' meglio. Reception assente e titolare poco adatta ai rapporti con il pubblico .Sconsiglio vivamente. Unica persona che si salva e' Donatella che si occupa delle colazioni e delle stanze .

Nuit parfaite

Arrivée très facile avec un coup de téléphone et toutes les explications. La disponibilité au téléphone est géniale pour n’importe quelle soucis rencontré. Petit déjeuné très sympas, balcon commun pratique et bien situé dans Syracuse.

L'albergo è un piano di uno stabile moderno ma non recentissimo. Il check in è un self check in guidato. Avrei preferito un totale self check in. È stata una piccola caccia al tesoro. La camera era pulita, si presentava bene ed era silenziosa. Ma piccola, in due non saprei. Il letto comunque era comodo. Adotterei un letto ad una piazza e mezza anziché a due, per guadagnare superficie di manovra ed eliminerei l'armadio per un piccolo stender anche aperto, ma che mi desse un po' di scrivania in più. Una nota eco in più potrebbero essere dei dispenser per la doccia. La colazione è servita in una veranda spaziosa e luminosa, molto carina e ben disposta. Molto cortese la signora che provvede allo sparecchio. Molti prodotti confezionati, c'era un po' di tutto, anche della frutta fresca. La nota dolente è stata l'aria condizionata che è risultata troppo fredda e non regolabile poiché è centralizzata. Il lenzuolo era troppo poco e la copriletto era troppo, fuori stagione.

Wir waren sehr zornig darüber das wir angelogen wurden. In der beschreibung wurde ein Restaurant und eine Bar versprochen. War keine.!!! In der umgebung was auch geschrieben wurde war auch nichts !!! Und dan wir kommen an und standen vor geschlossen Tür. Telefonisch wurde uns mitgeteilt wo wir unseren Zimmerschlüsel haben.Aber musten erst warten da uns jemand die Haustür aufmachte. Dort wollen wir nicht mehr hin!!!!!!

Delusione totale

Non è un hotel ma un semplice B&B . Siamo arrivati di domenica abbiamo dovuto telefonare alla proprietaria e ci ha fatto il chech in per telefono....dopo circa 10 minuti siamo entrati nel fabbricato e sempre a telefono con la propietaria ci ha indicato il posto segreto di dove dovevamo prendere le chiavi per poter accedere alla camera.la nostra camera ...piccola,bagno piccolissimo,pulizia zero e non esagero ho conservato le foto. Colazione minima,terrazza panoramica inestistente tranne un balcone grande che affaccia alla strada con esposti i dovuti contenitori dei rifiuti e nessun ristorante in struttura.non mi prolungo oltre.....

struttura nuova, pulita, posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi il teatro greco. buon rapporto qualità prezzo. note negative: nessuno ci ha accolto all arrivo, ma poco male ci è stato spiegato tutto per telefono (compreso le carte d identità inviate tramite whatsapp!). La proprietaria, non proprio cortesissima, ci ha fatto pagare una tassa di soggiorno doppia rispetto a quanto mi era stato quantificato da Hotel.com... e mi ritrovo adesso sulla carta di credito 8 euro in piu da pagare e non so perchè....

Vicino al teatro greco!

Posizione strategica perché Molto vicino all'area archeologica della Neapolis e al teatro greco, nonché alle catacombe e al museo archeologico. Camera spaziosa con aria condizionata (che però non si può regolare), nel bagno si sentiva la mancanza del vasistas alla finestra. Punto debole la colazione...
