"My family and I had the absolute best experience staying at Sulia House this summer. If you're looking for charm, exceptional kindness, and professionalism, this is the place for you. Giovanna, Viola, and Gianluca are all class acts, providing attention to detail and care that made our stay truly unforgettable. Every personal touch they added made this trip even more special—including thoughtfully prepared to-go bags for our 6:30am airport departure, which meant the world to us. The junior suite was spacious and beautifully appointed, and our view was an absolute dream to wake up to every morning. The breakfast spread was both stunning and delicious, with fresh, local ingredients that perfectly captured the flavors of Sardinia. Everything about this property and the people who run it is phenomenal. The combination of genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and the magical setting creates an experience that goes far beyond just accommodation—it's a place that becomes part of your most cherished travel memories. We cannot recommend Sulia House highly enough and are already planning our return visit! "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel and the staff are so friendly and warm. Particular thanks to Alessio who helped us speak to the airport when our bags had been lost and Barbara and Damiano in the restaurant were so lovely and helped us learn some more Italian. The rooms are big, very clean, so cool and comfortable. The staff were fantastic and the food great. Buffet breakfast was fab, as was the buffet dinner. Lunch is a la carte and kind of expensive for lunch but Sardinia is quite expensive, so it’s all relative. There is a path from the hotel to the beach which is beautiful and some sun loungers and parasols reserved for Hotel Marana (you just need tickets from reception) there are some nice beach bars but seem to only open in the day. There is a restaurant open in the evenings, Marinella, which is beautiful but very expensive. We were about to order the lobster tagliatelle which said €35 on the menu, but it was €35 per 100g and weighed 800g so it would have been €280 each for a plate of pasta which is a bit out of budget, ha! The cheapest bottle on the wine list is €70, lovely, but just be aware! The hotel is peaceful and the other guests were all really nice and polite and considerate. Taxis are limited and so expensive. You can walk to Punta Marana to eat but other than that need a taxi or the train from opposite the hotel but they stop at 6.30pm. Visit Porto Rotondo. It’s fabulous. "

"Lovely hotel very secluded "

"We stayed only one night and I wish we were there longer. The surrounding community has so much to offer with shops, restaurants and the marina. The beach at this hotel is beautiful! The breakfast was also delicious. We did face a couple of challenges in our room where the AC did not work and the shower leaked to make the floor very wet. Otherwise the room was large and the bed was comfortable."

"Wonderful stay in an amazing location. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the cocktails were beautifully mixed in the bar. Breakfast was outstanding and so fresh each morning. All the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and best places to eat and spend time. The pool was lovely and the location was perfect right by all the bars, restaurants and shops. The most wonderful beaches are all 10 mins drive from the hotel. Top notch boutique hotel with brilliant service and perfect location."

"We stayed here in Marinella after a week in Pittulongu. This hotel is very traditional with a fabulous friendly feel. Swimming pool large, although in our 3day stay we went to the beach each day. The easy path walk with a very small wooden bridge was less then 10minutes. A shame the restaurants on the beach closed at 5.30pm for food. Not much for choice in Marinella, tried the Trattoria in the small port at awful, they clearly like to make the English unwelcome! Hotel for food was ok & the salad bar was included which was nice. 3 days far enough in this beautiful cove. Blu beach bar funky, pricey but the music could be heard on a he beach which was great."
