"Fairways was everything it was advertised to be. EVERY staff member we interacted with (front desk, bell service, activities desk, concierge, restaurant staff, housekeeping) was so kind and respectful and helpful. Free breakfast buffet every day was awesome. Very quiet, peaceful. Fairly far from the bustle of the main beaches, but not difficult or expensive to get there, with free shuttles 3 times a day, or shuttle to the main gate any time, and catch public ride to the beaches. Pool foam party was a great experience. Many pools to swim in, as well as the private beach, which was beautiful, with lifeguard posted."

"Superb value. A great resort well located, with a lovely lagoon style pool in the centre. Staff were kind and helpful. Made our stay lovely. Location is perfect for exploring the beach and local restaurants. Breakfast was great. They even provided a quiet VIP experience for our breakfasts when we first arrived to get us used to the Philippines, which was an unexpected bonus. Our room was great, with a beautiful bathroom, including bath and a balcony overlooking the pool. I would recommend a balcony room to give you more privacy and a nice place for evening drinks and games, rather than poolside...bur if you like the idea of having a pool at your rooms balcony then they have many of those to offer. Though it may not be the newest of hotels it is definitely looked after and a great place to base yourself for a wonderful stay in Boracay. "
