"Overall a lovely stay but for over $1,000 a night we expected the service to been better. +++ excursions (paid additional) were super fun. Did a full day of canyoning which was one of the highlights of our entire Lisbon trip. Super fun and our guide even brought homemade food to us. ++ pool was wonderful but silent so we brought a small speaker and other guests and staff thanked us for adding a nice pool “vibe” — service examples Dinner we waited about 20 minutes for our first drink....
