Tacoma Private Home Rentals

"I booked a hotel room here through Expedia. I saw high ratings 10 out of 10, thinking this would be a good option while visiting Tacoma. Wrong. Wow, the hotel staff are very nice, good service, that was not enough. We stayed on the sixth floor and unfortunately could hear all the vehicles driving around at night (very loud). In addition to the outside noise, there was also the noise from the hallway which was rowdy. Now these things can happen, but would really drop them down to a one star was the fact that there was absolutely no parking when we came back to our hotel/the casino at 9 PM. There's no valet and there's no designated hotel parking so we drove around in the parking garage connected to the hotel for two laps in a long line of other people looking for a parking spot and found nothing! in addition to that, the parking garage on the hotel side makes absolutely no sense. It's In-N-Out aisle on the south end of the garage in the north end of the garage comes to complete dead end so as you're sneaking through, you would think it would circle around, but it doesn't. it's a dead end and it is a traffic cluster when you have folks coming to a dead end and then trying to figure out do I reverse or do I try to do some crazy u turn?!"

"I checked in after 11pm. I asked for a late check out at 1pm because I was tired after driving all day as a travel nurse. I was told that check out was at 11am and that I would have to pay 15.99 plus tax for every additional hour beyond 11am. There was no consideration based on the fact that I was checking in very late....Very Petty Hotel. There was only one luggage cart for the entire hotel which has 4 floors. The luggage cart was not in its storage area which means that someone had it in their room to use the next morning. I had to make about 5 to 6 trips from my car to my room and then do the same thing again in the morning. The staff acted nonchalant, like hey it's normal for guests to run back and forth bringing items in and out with no access to a luggage cart. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but I will never stay here again."

"Stayed just 1 night as we had a soccer game in the area. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Views back toward the mtns were beautiful. The warm complimentary bfast was exactly what we needed to start our day prior to soccer. My biggest draw was the free EV parking in their covered secure garage as our schedule was tight and didn't want to fuss with finding a charge somewhere. There were 2 stalls and did have to wait but got lucky with timing. The pool/hottub were also nuce although maybe a bit too chlorinated as we all came away with burning itchy eyes. Was still a nice bonus! No complaints about anything! Would definitely stay again."
