We stay at this hotel everytime we go to Auburn. The rooms are clean, the staff is great and breakfast is always good. There's always a coffee/tea/hotchoc bar in the lobby which is a nice way to end a busy day.

I would stay there again. I am a biscuits and gravy person, but that was missing from the breakfast, however the breakfast was plentiful and everybody was friendly. The rooms were clean, the beds were in great shape and the stay was pleasant.

We only stayed one night, but the room was clean, beds very comfortable, and good options for breakfast, including protein. Ashley at the front desk when we arrived was very friendly, helpful and I loved joking around with her. The ladies at the desk in the morning were also helpful. There was an odd smell about the halls and foyer though. Almost like burning plastic. Not sure what that was, but hopefully they'll look n into it.

The staff and amenities were great and the breakfast very good. Our only issue was the bathroom. The toilet is way to low to the floor and shower to tall to easily step into. also, the handicap bar was inside and way to low in the bathtub to even be useful. The casino was to smokey. We would have stayed longer if it did not smell so bad.

We stopped there early (about 12:00) to see if there was any chance to do early check-in or at least drop off our luggage, but the clerk told us (in a very rude tone) that because they had sold out the night before, they don’t allow ANY early check-ins and they don’t have a storage place, to just fine back after 3:00. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The spa/hottub was nice and warm.
