The hotel condition is great and staff is very friendly. The only downside is it does not have a lift. However, it only has 2 floors and the staff offered help to carry your luggage."

"This was my second stay at the hotel. The first time was in 2019. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The area is gorgeous and very convenient to the train station. (bring earplugs if you need to sleep late) The rooms are clean and very basic. I'm not very picky. I slept well there and it met all my basic needs. "Room was modern and air conditioned, which is not guaranteed in Swiss hotels. The breakfast buffet was good as well and the staff were attentive. I would stay here again. There is a closet for hanging clothes, but no furniture/drawers for unpacking other clothes. Fine for one person, or two people for shorter stays. Two people staying a week or more might look for a bigger accommodation. "
