"The place is beautiful. The apartment was really confortable. We were party of 4, and really enjoyed the space of the room. My only comment would be to have a small store for things like salt o oil, to be able to cook on the kitchenette. Other than that, the stay was awesome "

"This place deserves more than five stars. If I can give it 100 I would. I only wish that I found this place sooner, I would’ve booked an additional two nights instead of staying in Geneva. Our hotel in Geneva was the same price, and piled in comparison to the IMPECCABLE service and quality we’ve experienced here. We love the Sonade Suite! The balcony parlour was an added surprise! it was foggy during our stay, but it would’ve been a fantastic breakfast at the Sun been out. So we decided to take breakfast downstairs. Make sure to book a dinner reservation here we had a four course meal, and it was divine! There is also a boutique, fitness center, and a steam room. The staff at this Château, was incredible. Every single guest we’ve encountered at this hotel was super happy to be here. It’s literally an enchanted place!!!"

"The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. When I asked if there might be a hiking trail nearby, the woman who was working that afternoon got out a detailed map and showed me multiple wonderful places to go right from the doorstep of the hotel. More significantly, the wonderful man who was setting up the breakfast on the day we departed was extremely responsive and kind when he understood that I had locked myself out of our room. Even though it was absolutely not his responsibility (because the front desk was not yet open, and he was just doing breakfast), he immediately helped me. Someone else on the staff set up taxis to take my husband and son to the airport. Everyone was friendly and made us feel very welcome. The bedding and towels were bright white and nice. We slept with the windows open every night and it was lovely and so peaceful - no traffic or other noise, despite how it looks on the map (because the highway nearby is actually underground at that point). The restaurant right next door is innovative and has good food and nice service as well. The setting is unbeatable - just absolutely stunningly gorgeous. A 10-20 minute walk uphill brings you to sweeping views of Geneva, Lake Geneva, and the Alps. Thank you for hosting us! "
