The motel is a step above camping. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and we took advantage of the adjacent restaurant which was very convenient. The cost for the room is fair for what is available in the area.

We stayed one night, and found the motel to be well located, and clean. Ample parking, and the restaurant was lovely. The only challenge was that our room was located on the 2nd floor, accessible only by an outside flight of stairs. At night & early morning, the outside stairs were not well lit and it felt dangerous going up & down, especially as it was raining and the stairs were wet. Room 33 not advisable for seniors such as ourselves. Otherwise it was adequate.

This was better than expected. The motel/hotel is older but was clean and had the basics. Minor gripes are there was no showerhead on the shower, beds were hard, and our room (33) had a long set of stairs to access. The restaurant was very nice; we had supper and breakfast there; good food and reasonable. The woman at reception was kind off-ish and had to understand. The motel is close to the Tadoussac public ferry and near to the main whale tours boat line. Most people in the area are accommodating if you don’t speak English, but a translation app is recommended. Overall, we were pleased considering the location.

Stayed for two days with my husband. Very close to the marina and little town. Very clean. The bed was not super comfortable, but for 2 days, it was fine. The restaurant staff were kind and let us warm up the food we brought for ourselves in their microwave. It was overall a good experience. I only had one small issue when checking out. We needed to leave by 6:30 am so I did the online checkout. There was nowhere to place the key card that early, even though the email mentions to leave it at the reception. I could also see someone sitting inside but the door was locked. Even though I knocked loudly , I was ignored. I tried for 10 minutes and decided to leave the key card in the room.

Basic motel room but very clean. Great food at the restaurant. Friendly staff. Guédille of lobster made with real lobster compare to an expensive and cute touristic place down by the water, great breakfast also.

The bathroom door is a pocket door which has no lock and even when pushed closed it tends to slide back open; there was 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no extras but we had brought our own anyway. There was no body wash in the bath/shower. The shower needs to be fixed as when you pull it up to start, the force of the water continues to pour out of the tap in the bathtub. The bathroom is small and there are no hooks or helves anywhere to put your clothes to take a shower or hang your towels. There is no closed door bedroom. The main bedroom is open and accessed directly as you open the front door. The mattress on the bed is worn and lumpy. The sheets were very rough. The sofa bed is in the kitchen area. There was no mattress on the sofa bed rather just the sofa cushions to use on the base very uncomfortable. and the sheets were so bare thin you could see right through them. Overall the place was relatively clean. The staff at the restaurant were amazing! Food was good. Appreciated the shuttle picked us up for free to bring us to the AML cruise and the Nature Center. Though we were there in Mid October we did notice there is no air conditioning if you visit in the summer months.
