"This is a beautiful property. One thing the property needs to address is removing the Korean breakfast from their listing. It is not currently available and should not be advertised. Also, a word of warning - they heat the floors with wood and they get so hot we were very uncomfortable the 1st night and asked them to refrain from using any wood on the 2nd day. It worked and we were very comfortable. The location of the property is better than anything we could have asked for. Also, they include free admission to all the major area attractions. The gardens are directly nextdoor and spectacular. The front desk also provided us with the name and location of a wonderful gym. We were able to get a fantastic workout. We will be returning to this property on our next visit to Korea and highly recommend when you visit Namwon."
"Room was very nicely appointed and very large. Didn’t realize there was an overhead waterfall showerhead until the 2nd day, after I was puzzled by how low the other handheld device was positioned. Buffet breakfast may be different for Western visitors, in terms of not having much fresh fruit and no eggs. But plenty of veggies, Korean dishes and rice and two automatic coffee machines with espresso and Americanos. And whole grain bread with toasters and bread & jam."
"Enjoyable stay. Room was clean, and the staff were courteous. Where I needed help (getting a cab, directions), the staff went above and beyond to help. I spoke very little Korean, and they worked to help me in English. I needed to make changes to my reservation to add guests, and they were quick to accommodate my needs.
Room was cleaned daily, and they stocked my fridge with waters for each day. My stay was a long one for my travels, and they made sure it was home for me for the duration."
"Nice property (multiple condo-housing). Some maintenance seems to be required (clogged sink, ill-equipped kitchen,…), but it remains an excellent value for money. Numerous convenience stores nearby."
