"I never checked in. When I arrived, there were transients in the parking lot. As I approached the front door there were two more looking in the trash can. I came in and expressed my concern. The front desk representative told me they were fine they were just looking for food or cigarettes. I did not feel safe as I had to leave again for dinner and leave early in the morning and the element around the hotel did not support those activities. I was worried about my vehicle and would feel trapped in my room to be safe. Of course they would not refund me since I booked through Expedia. I opted to lose the amount I paid and move to a different hotel for my safety concerns."

"I loved everything about this property. The staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The place was so clean. The best part was they had a free breakfast bar, and as a mom of 2 little ones, that breakfast bar was a life saver. I will most definitely book again on my next family trip."
