Terribile da non ripetere, hotel da demolire

Terribile, il peggior hotel in cui abbia soggiornato in Italia. A parte la cortesia del personale, le briosche del mattino, il wifi e l'ascensore il resto della struttura è da demolire. Bagno senza bidet, con doccia a tenda e scarico mal funzionante, asse wc rotto, persiana rotta, telefono rotto, tv non funzionante (nessuna immagine solo voci), l'ultima notte volevo chiamae i carabinieri perchè gruppo straniere fatto casino bivaccando sulle scale tra le camere fino alle 3 di notte e in reception non rispondeva nessuno. Mi spiace ma veramente esperienza terribile. Non aggiungo foto per non urtare sensibilità.

Non consiglierei a nessuno questo hotel

Siamo arrivati in hotel alle 20 quindi posato bagagli e usciti in cerca di un ristorante. Al ritorno niente acqua calda per lavarsi niente frigobar. Chiamato il numero a disposizione non è cambiato niente anche la mattina acqua fredda. Richiamato piu volte il numero emergenza senza risposta.

Hotel décevant mais la région est magnifique

L' hotel Solidago n'a pas répondu à notre attente. Nous avons été surpris de constater un manque de professionnalisme de la part des responsables du petit déjeuner. La machine à café toujours en panne , manque de pain ,peu de choix. Dans la chambre serviettes déchirées ou trouées. Notre linge a été abîmé par les mites. Donc tout est à revoir.

Safe parking and seaview balconies.

I've stayed here before, mainly because you can park safely and it's a short walk to the beach. The buffet breakfast is fine, the room was ok, however the rather strange design of the bathroom meant that one's feet were in the shower whilst sitting on the loo! I guess the hotel is not to blame, but I was kept awake by a radio or T V . It was impossible to tell if the sound cane from another guest's room or from the apartments that are close. Apart from that the hotel is great for a couple of nights stay in the charming seaside town of Arma Di Taggia.

Hotel vecchio e sopratutto sporco. Colazione con affettati che neppure al mio cane darei da mangiare, caffè dalla macchinetta che una volta su 2 si inceppa. Camere con climatizzatore e con pesciolino d'argento sotto il cuscino. Compresi nel prezzo ci sono i capelli/peli dei precedenti ospiti e muffe delle precedenti ere ... Che dire, purtroppo non ho trovato nulla di buono in questo "hotel" ... Anzi una cosa buona c'è stata: quando me ne sono andato. Scandaloso definire questa stamberga un hotel

Peggio d'una pensione.

140 € al giorno per un albergo che Dovrebbe essere 3 stelle. Situazione disastrosa nella camera. Plafoniera senza vetro, maniglie degli armadi rotte, asse del gabinetto rotta, vasca a sedile con l'acqua che usciva solo dal rubinetto. Nemmeno una pensione senza pretese è così mal ridotta! Colazione decente. Nulla la scelta della frutta. Dolci molto burrosi. Ma il personale è gentile e disponibile. Sconsigliatissimo! Prima ed ultima volta.

卫生间马桶是坏的。要求更换房间，说是客满，没有了。让他们修理，说是周日没有水管工，一开始不给修，在再三坚持下，联系水管工上门修理，修理完已经晚上十点多了。影响我们的休息。
