Slightly disappointed with our stay. Hotel staff did not meet expectations, reception on arrival was lacking, room cleaning unreliable etc. Breakfast buffet was disappointing, very limited fruit and cereal options, lots of cakes. Seating also not great and things ran out. Hotel was lovely as expected, pool fantastic, rooms comfortable (note comments on room cleaning) and location fantastic. In summary, the hotel did not quite meet our expectations and we came away feeling slightly underwhelmed.

This is not a five-star hotel. There aren't enough pool loungers because the hotel allows day passes, and the pools get crowded with kids. Room service only did a partial cleanup and didn’t change the towels until the next day, even after we called. Breakfast was good on the weekend, but on Monday morning, we were served leftovers and the food wasn’t fresh. The staff is very friendly but service is very slow.

I had a great time at Hilton. My con was that the wi-fi was very bad it would disconnect almost everyday . The staff were very helpful however , there was a short supply of toilet paper We weren’t told about some of the amenities such as the beach club and nightclub, we only found out by chance. Overall, it was a good stay.

Suite was very spacious with a fantastic sunset view. Kids loved it and parents too. 2 very large bedrooms + a very large living room in between. Great value for money. Restaurant could have been cheaper when compares with restaurants on the beach nearby.

The staff were absolutely brilliant. They are so helpful, always smiling and happy to chat to you. I think they especially like chatting to English visitors - but are not at all pushy. The staff were 5 out of 5 and were so nice that I already want to return. The beds were gorgeously comfy. The only reason I did not give the whole hotel 5 out of 5 is that the lunch and dinner prices were stupidly high. Drinks by the pool were also very expensive. Also, one of our two rooms had a sewage smell.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Taghazout Bay beach & spa and, while the aesthetic of the hotel is truly beautiful and inviting, my experience was unfortunately marred by several issues. Firstly, the food was quite disappointing. I ended up eating the same salad and shawarma for three nights in a row simply because I couldn't bear to try anything else. The flavours were lacking, and even the desserts were a letdown, either too dry or excessively moist without any real taste. Moreover, the management left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was mistakenly charged twice for a meal, and my attempts to resolve the issue were met with frustration. Instead of receiving help, I was continuously fobbed off and directed around without any real assistance. Overall, while the hotel has potential with its stunning design, the poor food quality and ineffective management significantly detracted from my stay. I hope they can address these issues for future guests.

In one word, Disappointing.

This hotel is nice, but the service is far from 5*. We booked this as the last stop on our honeymoon but received no special touches. Our room was a nice size, but had some annoyances such as stained / mouldy grout, only one chair on the balcony, only one water glass, a broken ironing board, missing amenity kit and wardrobe lights that randomly turned themselves on and off. The pool area is beautiful, but when we turned up, there were no towels left and no attempt to bring more - just a suggestion that we went to get ours from the room. We chose to eat at their poolside restaurant on the first night. We were immediately seated but then were ignored for 25 minutes. Once our order was taken, the steak tasted good, but unfortunately, the next day, both of us didn't feel very well forcing us to spend most of the day in the toilet. When I raised this with the hotel, they invited us to their local restaurant for a complementary meal on our last night - they definitely pulled out the stops here with rose petals on the table and attentive service. It was just a shame it was a little too late. As a final reminder to never book here again, on check out they charged my card in GBP adding a 4% surcharge and probably a poor exchange rate. All in all, this hotel looks nice but is lacking in service and attention to detail.

Loved the location, rooms are well designed, and layout great too. However it missed on so many details. The check-in was crazy slow, the towels hard, the shower ran hot&cold, only tiny bottles of drinking water in the room, hugely variable staff and service levels, and poor half-board dining options. It feels a bit tired too, maybe good for a couple of nights but not for a real holiday.

Smooth check in with helpful welcome. Great location. Lovely pools Excellent buffet selection in the evening at the outdoor restaurant with relaxed atmosphere.
