"The room was clean, the staff were okay. Hassan one of the kitchen staff was very helpful. Most of the food was bland meaning there was no salt and no spices added to the food. They didn't have varieties of food. Some of the foods were labelled and others were not, so I couldn't eat the unlabelled ones since I didn't know what they were. All in all the food was manageable but not fantastic."

"This place was seriously fantastic! The views of the mountains were absolutely breathtaking, and it was so peaceful and quiet. The staff were super friendly, and the food was really good too, especially the breakfast we had at the hotel. We had a wonderful stay and would totally recommend it. It's definitely a first-class experience all around. The only problem is with the shower keeps switching up hot to cold"

The concierge team was also fantastic, providing wonderful recommendations and making every outing effortless. The Four Seasons Marrakech perfectly combines luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality. "This riad is an oasis in the chaos of Marrakesh. It is beautiful and very clean. The food is excellent. But what really shines here is the staff. They are phenomenal - no ask is too much. They go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. A special call out to Abdullah and Eunice, who went above and beyond with their service. We wished that we had stayed longer!"
