While the customer service for Incline Cottage was great and the house was not, in any regards, in disrepair, it was definitely not up to standards for their asking rental price. "The house is nice and cozy. Everything worked and it was in very good condition. It was clean and ready when we arrived. The major problem is the property is listed as 2 bed 2 bath. While the house does have 2 bathrooms, one is off limits. The master bed and bath are designed as the owners area and access is denied. So while I paid for a 2 bed 2 bath I only got a 2 bed 1 bath. That made the bathroom situation for our family less than desirable. Just beware if you're looking for 2 bathrooms you...

"The home was clean, although it showed its age. It accomodated our group of three families wonderfully. We really enjoyed spending time on the back deck, but it would have been nice to have outdoor furniture available and the deck seems to be in need of replacing (loose railing, deteriorating boards). Overall, we loved our stay. It is a great location and has enough space for big groups to come together and spend quality time."
